A resident reports that a clogged drain at Forest Hills Station’s upper busway has caused a “giant lake.”
The resident used the city’s Citizen Connect app to make the report. It’s an easy way of letting the city know about graffiti, signal lights not working, sidewalks in need of repair and hundreds of other urban nuisances.
The city responded to this particular report by sending the information to the MBTA, on whose property the lake has formed.
