Good morning, neighborhood. Welcome back to more seasonable weather, with a high of 72 expected. Here's your Morning Memo for all things JP.

What's Up at the Arborway Yard?: The “temporary” bus yard that’s been at Forest Hills for 15 years is 18 acres of prime real estate that's starting to look different now that Forest Hills is becoming such a hot zone for development. The Gazette has the latest on the proposal to move the unsightly thing to American Legion Highway. Allan Ihrer, the JP resident who has been promoting the move, is asking interested residents to attend the next meeting of the Community Planning Committee for the Arborway Yard. The meeting is Wednesday at 7 p.m. at English High, 144 McBride St. There's also a Facebook page for the Arborway Yard.

Spots to See Bruins-Habs Game Seven: My condolences to the organizers of the above meeting. They couldn't have known it would conflict with the playoff madness of Boston-Montreal hockey. If you're looking for a good place to watch the game, there are way too many to list. But three of the standouts, at least in terms of having large TVs and a good atmosphere include Costello's, Galway House and Coco's Lounge.

Worried About Gas Leaks?: Did you know Boston has a problem with gas leaks? Boston Climate Action Network has put together a great panel to discuss the issue, including representatives from National Grid and the Department of Public Utilities. Thursday, 7-8:30 p.m. at Nate Smith House, 155 Lamartine St.

Okay, have a good day, everyone.
