8:19 p.m. — Emmanuel Pena, 40 Peterburg St. #41, Boston, was arrested and charged with illegal possession of a handgun — 10 Mozart St. On Oct. 16 a supplemental report was filed in this incident. (Prosecutors say recovery of the gun they claim was Pena's may have prevented a retaliatory shooting from the earlier incident.)
