In this short video, Capt. Alfredo Andres, commander of the police district that includes Jamaica Plain, describes two armed robberies that took place at Jamaica Pond on Wednesday, Sept. 24.
Andres was addressing a crowd of more than 50 that gathered Friday for an emergency community meeting about the muggings.
