On Monday morning, the private group promoting Boston as host for the 2024 Summer Olympics released renderings of how Franklin Park would be utilized. Here’s a peek.

Franklin Park would be home to the pentathlon and equestrians events, as was proposed in the initial Boston 2024 plan. However, a pool originally envisioned for Franklin Park would not be built, according to the revisions released Monday. Aquatics events are now listed as “TBA.”

Why do they think they can take public land and use it to make money for themselves? Who do they think they are? Surely they have noticed the poll numbers that show Bostonians are not gonna let them scam us, yet here they are.

Why the hell would we want years of construction that would ruin Franklin Park just so they can take our park space and turn it into a equestrian facility that will get used for 2 days and then never, ever again?

We don’t want the games in Boston and they will hear about it tomorrow evening at their Public Meeting in JP. Romney and Pag are in cahoots on this venture capital deal for Bain Capital.
