New Crosswalks at Egleston Square Entrance to Franklin Park

Custom crosswalks with the Boston Parks Department logo now lead walkers to Franklin Park from Egleston Square. The painted designs were added the week of Sept. 14 on the newly repaved Seaver Street at the intersections of Walnut, Humboldt and Elm Hill avenues.

Those are cool. DCR should be taking notes for the clustermuck at Parkman Dr. and Perkins.

These will last about 2 years before they’re completely worn down. I’m not sure why people are so excited by these – it’s just paint.
