The Boston Business Journal today published renderings of a proposed 47-unit affordable housing project at 61 Heath St.
The 56,290-square-foot, four-story complex, which would be called the General Heath Square apartments, is set on a .66-acre site, according to the BBJ, which reports that the Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corp. and Back of the Hill Community Development Corp. filed an expanded project notification form Oct. 7 with the Boston Redevelopment Authority providing more details on the project.
