Dumpling diehards have much to rejoice this holiday season: Pink Samurai, the much-anticipated dumpling-centric Jamaica Plain restaurant from chef Matt Cunningham, has finally revealed an opening date.
Drumroll please: Pink Samurai is scheduled to open Dec. 28. Per the restaurant’s Facebook page:
Pink Samurai will serve creative dumplings, house-made tofu and other buns, small plates and savory snacks. The team has held a couple of pop-up dinners at the Frogmore this fall. The restaurant will be located at 658 Centre St. in the former Charlie Chan’s space. Here’s a sneak peek at the opening menu.
