Your Guide to Jamaica Plain Porchfest 2016

It’s that time of the summer! For the third consecutive year, Jamaica Plain Porchfest will invigorate the neighborhood this Saturday, July 9, with music, dance, theatre performances and other expressions of creativity throughout the afternoon at locations all over JP.

The day’s events will kick off at 11:30 a.m. at the CityPOP creative space at 3195 Washington St. Then, from 12 to 6 p.m., musicians and performers of all persuasions will set up shop on porches throughout JP, each playing in two-hour intervals. Here’s a map of the porches and other locations where performers are slated to entertain:
