JM Electrical Company, Inc., a leader in advanced automated building system installations, and BCM Controls recently announced that they have completed project operations at the Bromley Park Apartments in Jamaica Plain. JM Electrical installed and wired 36 exterior elevator and common area security cameras in five buildings, as well as antennas enabling wireless communication between these buildings. BCM Controls executed all of the programming associated with the system, and provided each of the security cameras.
“We are happy to have helped increase the security at Mildred C. Hailey Apartments and improve the safety of its residents,” said John Guarracino, project manager at JM Electrical. “The security cameras are a great addition to the apartment complex, deterring crime and helping to monitor the buildings.”
The Mildred C. Hailey Apartments consists of three developments: Heath Street, Bromley Park and Bickford Street. The three developments hold 840 apartments, ranging from one-bedroom to five-bedrooms.

Jay Colleton, JM Electrical’s foreman on the project, oversaw up to four electricians on the construction and day-to-day operations to ensure that this project was completed on time and on budget.
