I hope the Mayor notices all the trash surrounding English High including in their small parking lot. Who’s supposed to keep that area clean?

    • Monster

In a broad sense, everyone is supposed to keep it clean by following widely-accepted social norms about not littering.

Unfortunately, that doesn’t always work out the way it’s supposed to.

        Monster, you are funny.
