The Annual Book Sale of the Friends of the Jamaica Plain Branch Library features thousands of books in every genre and for all ages. Rock bottom prices ($1 for paperbacks, $2 for hard cover) mean you can buy a lot! Sale is from 9am to 5pm Friday & Saturday. For the last hour on Saturday (from 4-5pm) you can purchase a bag (generously donated by Whole Foods) for $5 and take away all it can hold. All proceeds go to support the JP Branch Library.
