Celebrate Local Food Independence on July 4 in JP
July 4, 2015 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pmFree
Start your July 4 celebration at Egleston Farmers Market on Saturday, July 4. We’ll be firing up the grill and selling grilled fish, hot dogs, veggies and more for lunch. Exodus Bagels will be offering a pulled pork sandwich on a Sam Adams kettled BBQ Bagel, starting at noon.
Stop by from 10am-2pm to pick up some delicious items for your local food picnics and BBQs. What’s in season? Strawberries, garlic scapes, greens and even local tomatoes from The Food Project. Or get your garden going with seedlings from The Neighborhood Farm.
Kick back and enjoy some live music. At 31 Germania Street (the Brewery), in the back, right across from Sam Adams. Open Rain or Shine.
