Creative Economy Building Kick Off Meeting

February 25, 2016 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Free

With the BRA moving forward to rezone the Washington Street Corridor, I’m calling a public meeting on February 25th from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM to present an idea for a community owned mixed development complex on Washington Street that will include a maker space, co-working space, an artist co-working space, a public meeting/performance space, small business office space and retail/cafe space which we hope will be shared with a large mission driven organization partner.

This  “NeighborHUB” concept was developed by several JP residents who were initially inspired by the Eblana Brewery but after learning the owner didn’t share our vision have moved onto to conceive of developing a new building instead.

We need more people to get involved and help make this happen!
Meeting location is the community conference room inside the District 13 police station located at the corner of Washington Street and Green Streets. RSVP at http://bit.ly/1ZZtFWa
