Historic Interiors: Evolution and Preservation

May 31, 2014 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Free

This talk will trace the evolution of the interiors of historic homes (an often overlooked preservation focus) and discuss preservation options. The speaker is Jess Phelps, Team Leader of Historic Preservation for Historic New England.

This talk is being held in conjunction with National Preservation Month and is co-sponsored by the Jamaica Plain Tuesday Club and the JP Historical Society. Free (but a $5 donation to preserve the lovely Georgian mansion the talk takes place in would be appreciated!)
