JP@Home: Aging Well Together

Join us for an evening exploring the new and local initiative to create a network of activity and support that will improve the lives of individuals aging in our community. Jamaica Plain residents, partnering with local senior service nonprofit Ethos, are creating JP@Home to enable women and men to stay in their JP homes as long as possible through access to social networks, information and services.
Don't navigate the system alone. JP@Home can support your active, independent life.
