Proposed development of 3200 Washington Street

Egleston Square Neighborhood Association and Egleston Square Main Streets are hosting a presentation and discussion of a development proposal for new multi-story construction of 73 apartments, 3 townhouse units, and retail space on the current site of Economy Plumbing and E&J Auto, corner of Montebello, Iffley, and Washington Streets.
