The Cooper Gallery’s summer exhibition, “The Woven Arc,” contains an array of African and African American sculptures, paintings, conceptual art pieces, and legacy textiles. Includes works from the Cooper Gallery collection, including Yinka Shonibare’s sculpture “Food Fairy,” a Nick Cave “Soundsuit,” and painter Peter Sacks’ “Six by Six” from his Aftermath series, as well as a new work by Lina Viktor. Preview May 19, 2016 at 6 pm.
