Webinar: Seed Banking for Conservation
March 15, 2016 @ 10:00 am - 10:45 am$8
In New England, rare plant species have lost, on average, 67 percent of their known range and face multiple threats, from invasive species to habitat conversion to climate change. Seed banking is one critical strategy for conserving at-risk plant species. Join Michael Piantedosi for this webinar as he discusses the sustainable collection and long-term conservation of native New England seeds.
