Boston Just Hired a Digital Czar

Lauren Lockwood, a Harvard Business School graduate, has been appointed chief digital officer for the city of Boston. Thursday morning she sat down with Boston Herald Radio.

Boston’s new digital czar promised in a Boston Herald Radio interview this morning a “relentless focus on user experience” in rethinking how the city’s web site is designed and functions, and says she envisions a city that is more digitally responsive.
