Norbert School in Hyde Square Reopens as $2K/Month Apartments

A controversial element of the former Blessed Sacrament campus is coming together, Curbed Boston reports, as the old Norbert School’s conversion to rental lofts is nearly complete. Rents run in the neighborhood of $2,000 for studios and one-bedrooms.

All but two of the 21 units are market-rate housing. The plan has been controversial, with some residents calling for more affordable units, according to the Gazette.
