Let’s Get a Different Photo for Bromley-Heath on Google

Googling particular places and events often produces some interesting photos in search results. Sometimes those photos are accurate and reflective of the search item, sometimes they aren't and sometimes they don't convey a positive message -- like a photo that comes up on Google when searching for "Bromley-Heath." The photo in question depicts multiple Boston Police Department vehicles with flashing lights outside of the Bromley-Heath Housing Development in Jamaica Plain's Jackson Square. Luis Edgardo Cotto, executive director of Egleston Square Main Street, pointed to the photo on Twitter Monday afternoon:
Earlier this year, Bromley-Heath formally changed its name to the Mildred C. Hailey Apartments in honor of Hailey, who founded the Bromley-Heath Tenant Management Corporation (TMC). But there could be a fix: Users can apparently help change the photos that appear in Google searches by uploading new photos and suggesting an edit, as pointed out Tim Lawrence:
And it looks like Cotto, who is always championing JP, planned on adding some new photos tonight:
It would be fitting if the new photo came tonight, the same evening that city officials are gathering at the Mildred C. Hailey Apartments for National Night Out, an annual event that promotes community-police partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie.
