For our Photo of the Day on Thursdays, we highlight an image of old JP. Yep, open mics were a thing in 1976 too. This shot is from the Boston Public Library's extensive photo collection. Spencer Grant captured this at Kilgarriff's Café, which used to be at 131 Green St., next to the T.
