A Milton-based company primarily known for developing and managing apartments and hotels has purchased a four-storefront block on the corner of Centre and Eliot streets across from the Monument in Jamaica Plain. BLDUP reports that Hajjar Management Co. acquired the 3,680-square-foot single-story building at 775-783 Centre St. for $1.72 million.
