After a South End bar pulled Boston Beer Co. products from their taps over the brewer participating in the "no openly gay marchers welcome" St. Patrick's Day Parade in South Boston, the JP-based beer maker has changed course.

On Friday, the company that makes Sam Adams announced it would not participate in the South Boston parade after all.

In addition to the jobs Boston Beer Co. brings to Jamaica Plain, tours of the 30 Germania St. brewery bring thousands of visitors to the neighborhood.
