Loring-Greenough House

Hi neighborhood. Here's your Morning Memo for all things JP for Thursday, June 19.

Thursdays on the Lawn: It's going to be a great day to drop by the historic Loring-Greenough House. Thursday afternoon there will be food trucks, farm stands and music. Then Thursday night it's an outdoor showing of Disney's "Frozen." 3:30-8 p.m., movie starts around 8 p.m., depending on light.

Aging Well in JP: If you or a loved one is looking for help on how to stay in the neighborhood after retirement, there's a session Thursday you'll want to attend. Jamaica Plain Forum and JP@Home will present "Aging Well in JP" from 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday at First Church in JP Unitarian-Universalist, 6 Eliot St.

Looking for Work?: Come August or September, the T says it will have the new Orange Line station at Assembly Square done. That means it will be easy for JP residents to get to jobs at the huge Assembly Row development. Here's a list of some of the jobs available right now.

Have a great day, JP!
