One man is dead and another injured after a shooting Sunday morning in Egleston Square.
Police report that about 1:50 a.m. Sunday they got a call for two people shot at School and Arcadia streets.
Police found two 24-year-old men with gunshot wounds. Both were taken to Brigham and Women's Hospital. One was pronounced dead and the other's injuries were judged to be not life-threatening.
Police said the incident, "does not appear to be random."

This is the first homicide in Jamaica Plain in 2014, according to maps and data compiled by the Boston Globe and Universal Hub.
