Police arrested a man Thursday night in a sexual assault and robbery that took place Wednesday morning in the Arboretum, according to prosecutors.

The Suffolk County District Attorney's Office reports that Ashton Davis, 23, is scheduled to be arraigned Friday in West Roxbury Municipal Court (which is actually on the Arborway in Jamaica Plain.)

Police tracked down Davis in part using data from a GPS bracelet prosecutors had obtained for use in another case, according to the District Attorney's office.

Universal Hub reports that the attack took place in the rose garden near the Forest Hills gate.
