Where: Pinebank Field

When: Noon to 7 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 6

Cost: Free! (But huge free community concerts cost money. Here's how to donate.)

How to Get to There: Walking is of course the best way to go, given the crowds. Bikes are a close second. (There are bike racks at festival.) New at this festival are two transportation options: A trolley operated by the Sam Adams Brewery and a coupon for cheaper Uber service. The trolley will be making the following stops:

Stony Brook T > Music Festival (drops at Perkins Street steps) > The Haven > The Behan > Tres Gatos > Bukhara > James's Gate > Stony Brook T

Twitter: For the latest on the Sam Adams Trolley location and festival updates during the day, follow @jpmusicfestival. The hashtag for this year's event is #jpmf14

Bands: Here's an online playlist of most of the artists below.

Weather: High of 90, possibility of scattered severe thunderstorms after 2 p.m. So bring a poncho just in case.

Eats: There will be plenty of food options at the following food trucks and tents:

    Bon Me
    Bukhara Indian Bistro
    The Cupcakory
    JP Licks
    Mei Mei
