As a part of the HONK! Festival, Hyde Square Task Force will host New Creations, a brass band from New Orleans, on Friday, October 10th at 4:30pm for a free concert on the steps of the Blessed Sacrament Church (361 Centre Street, Jamaica Plain).

Direct from New Orleans, the New Creations are one of the Crescent City's new breed of brass street bands with an eclectic mix of funk, jazz, and pop. Youth leaders from Hyde Square Task Force's Musicians in Community program will also perform with the band during the free concert.
