Hello neighbors. Here's your Morning Memo for Tuesday, Nov. 18.

Burger Heaven at The Haven: I tend toward the liquid meals when I'm at The Haven, but Hyde Square's wee bit of Scotland won national press this week as Buzzfeed readers tapped the tavern's burger as one of the country's 21 best.

Last Day to See the Bonsai: Tuesday the Arnold Arboretum's exquisite bonsai collection will be going off display for the winter. The tiny trees, in some cases more than 275 years old, go into hibernation in climate-controlled storage.

Wednesday is Deadline for City Feed Turkey Orders: Since it's become such a neighborhood tradition, I'll risk walking up to the line of advertising to note that the deadline is 11:59 p.m. Wednesday if you'd like to order a local turkey for your Thanksgiving table through City Feed.

For more of what's going on in the neighborhood, visit the Jamaica Plain News calendar. And here's how to add your group or business' event to the calendar.
