Mayor Marty Walsh declared a snow emergency and parking ban starting at 4 p.m. Sunday. Ticketing for cars left on emergency arteries begins at 6 p.m.

The parking ban applies to many of Jamaica Plain's larger streets. Walsh admitted in a Sunday press conference that it's hard to find a place to park once you do move your car.
