UPDATE II: City Feed has reopened, but only for groceries, according to co-owner David Warner.
UPDATE I: David Warner, co-owner of City Feed, reports it was a burst pipe. The store is closed while they fix it.
Steve MacDonald of the Boston Fire Department said firefighters helped investigate the problem and get the pipe shut off.
The ceiling of the Centre Street City Feed is under pressure from what appears to be a major leak, possibly caused by ice. We'll keep you posted on this developing situation.
City Feed has earned props from residents in recent weeks for keeping both their stores open even in the worst weather.
