The Green Street pizzeria and bakery, which opened in early 2016, is co-owned by Brad Brown, who also owns Blue Frog Bakery up the street, and his wife Ginger Russell. It serves baked goods and coffee at breakfast, salads and sandwiches at lunch, and gourmet, thin-crust, hand-tossed pizzas at dinner.

The pizzeria shared the news on Facebook Friday morning:

Looking to try La Rana Rossa before it departs? The pizzeria is located at 154 Green St., across the street from the Green Street MBTA station. There are also indications that pizza pop-up events -- which were the genesis of La Rana Rossa -- will resume out of Blue Frog Bakery.
