Every time you visit a JP Local First member business use the hashtag #JPLocalFirst and you may win one of three prizes in the Love Your Local contest.
The 2nd Annual JP Local First Fair on June 21, 2018.
Anyone can use the hashtag #JPLocalFirst on Facebook, Instagram and/or Twitter to earn points. You can also use points by commenting, sharing, reposting, retweeting or tagging other people's #JPLocalFirst posts.
The person with the most points will win $500 to spend at JP Local First member businesses. The second place finisher will get $300 and there will also be a wild card raffle for someone to win $2o0 to be spent at local businesses.
The Love Your Local contest's purpose is to promote Jamaica Plain businesses by leveraging social media. The last day to submit posts is June 14. Full details about the contest can be seen here.
The winners will be announced at the 2nd Annual JP Local First Fair at the Loring-Greenough House on June 21 from 3:30 pm until dark.
Last year's first JP Local First Fair featured more than 50 local businesses, including nonprofits, online businesses and brick and mortar businesses.
