Who will catch the biggest fish at the annual Boston Police District E-13 Kids' Fishing Derby on June 30? Well, whomever catches biggest fish, or the smallest, will need to toss it back into Jamaica Pond as it's a catch and release fishing derby.
Free fishing lessons will be offered at this free fishing derby for children 14 and younger. Limited fishing equipment will be supplied on a first come, first serve basis. Or bring your own fishing equipment.
There will also be prizes, raffles, food and more. Checkin is from 7:30 to 8:45 am, and the derby is rain or shine from 9 am to 1 pm.
