Faulkner Hospital

This meeting will be the first time the Faulkner Hospital team will publicly present the institution's proposed plan.

Brigham & Women's Faulkner Hospital (BWFH) proposal is for a 5-story, approximately 98,000 sq. ft inpatient addition adjacent to and south of the hospital's main entrance, according to the Boston Development & Planning Agency (BPDA).

The addition would include 78 new inpatient beds, clinical support and ambulatory space. The proposal also includes adding three levels onto the existing East Parking Garage, which would create 171 new spaces. The West Parking Garage would also be replaced with a new garage on an existing surface parking lot, adding 332 net new spaces, to support the inpatient addition. A new driveway into the replacement garage from Allandale Street to improve vehicular circulation would also be created.

The meeting will be held at Faulkner Hospital (1153 Centre St., Huvos Auditorium, Floor 3) from 6 to 7:30 pm.
