Twenty-one local bands will be performing at the 9th Annual JP Music Festival this Saturday.
The free festival will kickoff with a rendition of America the Beautiful at 11:55 am, and then the bands will takeover on two stages until 7 pm.
The JP Music Festival is a great event for people (and dogs) of all ages. It's at the Pinebank Field at Jamaica Pond, so there's lots of room to move around.
There will also be food trucks, including The Bacon Truck, Bao Nation, Bon Me, Bukhara Indian Bistro, Daddy’s Bonetown Burgers, J.P. Licks, and Roxy’s Grilled Cheese.
