There will be more holiday cheer on Centre Street this season thanks to a new JP Holiday Light Show.
JP Centre/South Main Streets ran a crowdfunding campaign to raise money for the light show with a goal of $5,000 — and $15,405 was raised.
The show will be projected onto 670 Centre St. (above City Feed), every night from Dec. 6 to Jan. 1. The 15-minute show will play on a loop, each night from 4 to 9 pm.
“The show features a look back on vintage JP, an homage to our green space, and a countdown finale!” said the JP Centre/South Main Streets newsletter.
There will be a kickoff party on Dec. 6 at 4:30 pm at Unlimited Sotheby’s (673 Centre St.). There will be food, drinks, music, and the show will debut at 5 pm.
The show is sponsored by the JP Business & Professional Association, Cervone Deegan & Associates, and Stamatos Property Management Co.
