4th annual JP Music Festival
September 6, 2014 @ 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm
free!
The free, 4th annual JP Music Festival will be held at Pinebank Field on Saturday, September 6, 2014 from 12–7 PM. RSVP on Facebook.
The festival will have two stages, with continuous music from more than 20 artists and bands. The festival features musicians, bands, group, or ensemble members who either live or work in Boston’s Jamaica Plain neighborhood.
This year, Jamaica Plain-based Samuel Adams is donating use of two trolleys to take residents to and from Pinebank field before and during the festival with live acoustic music on-board. These trolleys will make stops around JP and help decrease the need for parking near the concert site. Specific stops will be announced closer to the festival date.
The festival line-up this year is:
- Bed of Coals: winner of the JP Bar Wars event from JJ’s Foley’s Fireside Tavern
- Ben Schwendener Trio
