BTU School Summer Blastoff! Dance Party and Silent Auction

Don’t miss the biggest BTU School fundraiser of the year!

Come celebrate the end of the school year and the beginning of summer while supporting our school.

Join us for a fun night of dancing, socializing, and friendly bidding on great auction items.

  • Dancing with DJ Kuff Lynx
  • Hors d'heouvres & cash bar (beer & wine)
  • Silent auction featuring many great items from restaurant gift cards to original artwork to awesome gift baskets
  • Live auction to benefit Playworks


Please invite your friends and family and help spread the word to the local community. All proceeds raised at this event will go directly toward helping our school:

  • Keep the Playworks program
  • Fund in-school performances, musicians, dancers, theater groups, etc.
  • Fund field trips to enrich curriculum units and student experiences
  • Continue to expand our library collection
  • Expand and upgrade our technology capabilities
  • Create opportunities for scholars to play a variety of sports
  • Provide teachers with supplies and cutting-edge resources
  • Increase the number of after-school activities

Getting there/parking: Spontaneous Celebrations is conveniently located at 45 Danforth St. in Jamaica Plain, one block away from the Stony Brook T station on the Orange Line. There is also plenty of on-street parking in the surrounding neighborhood.
