In this introduction to conservation biology and biodiversity, you will learn what makes a species vulnerable to extinction and what strategies and tools can be used to protect species and ecosystems. Readings, group exercises, and video clips will be used to explore the interdisciplinary nature of conservation biology. Participants will receive a bibliography of resources for further study.
