Fermentation Workshop and Dinner with Jeremy Ogusky and Matt Virzi

Hyde Square Task Force, Aurum Restaurant, and Boston Ferments are teaming up for a night of fermentation! The event will include a fermented dinner & paired fermented drinks, a short lecture on the history & culture of fermentation, a hands-on fermentation demo, and 2 movies! We will do all this outdoors and raise money for Hyde Square Task Force.

Boston Ferments is a collective of fermenting enthusiasts, lovers of real food, and folks interested in the health aspects of living foods. They organize fermentation-related projects, courses and festivals in the Boston area and beyond.
