Exactly 100 years ago, explorer Ernest Shackleton and his crew of 28 sailed to Antarctica, where their ship, The Endurance, became encased in ice. The documentary “The Endurance” invites you on Shackleton’s miraculous yearlong journey to get help for his crew. “The Endurance” includes interviews of surviving descendants of Shackleton’s expedition, original black-and-white footage, new color footage of the original locations, and archived audio interviews with expedition members. You won’t believe the ending! Narrated by Liam Neeson.
