Free event for teens, “Legacy in Bloom,” at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum

WHAT: Boston teens are invited for a free night of performances, hands-on activities, and art-related dialogues at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. The evening will include performances by DJ Chloe, Paul Vekiarides and Ben Hofmann in the Courtyard, and poetry, dance, music and drag performances in Calderwood Hall. In fitting with the floral theme, activities will include flower pot decorating and wildflower planting. Attendees can also enter a raffle for a chance to win an autographed photo of Red Sox player Eduardo Rodriguez!

 

WHO: Performing in the Museum’s iconic Courtyard will be Chloe Amouyal, a Boston-area DJ specializing in dance music; and Boston songwriters Paul Vekiarides and Ben Hofmann who are passionate about pop music. Later in the evening, performances in Calderwood hall will include the Boston Latin School (BLS) Dance Team; Jola Laguda, a nationally renowned poet; dancers James O’Gilve and Maria Del Carmen Andrade; singer and BLS graduate Perrin Price; and k-pop choreographers BLS KOREO.
