Jamaica Plain’s next Fixit Clinic is scheduled for Saturday, December 14, 2019 from 10am-12:45pm at the JP Library at 30 South Street. It's a free, all-ages, do-it-together activity where people bring their broken household things and learn how to assess, disassemble, and repair them instead of sending them to landfill.
Come join your neighbors on Saturday, December 14th at this free event. Just bring your broken household items, any manuals (if available), and a willingness to learn. We’ll provide the tools and volunteer coaches with expertise fixing a wide variety of things, including:
Bikes and skateboards
Clothing and fabric items
Computers and phones
Toys and wooden items
Small kitchen appliances
Small electrical devices
Jewelry
Lamps and anything else!
(but no firearms, gasoline engines, or other dangerous items)
