Public meeting regarding the redevelopment of 3383-3389 Washington Street in Jamiaca Plain. The Public is encouraged to attend and comment on the proposed project.
Here's how the BRA describes the project:
Construct a new 4-story residential building consisting of 21 units and two ground-level retail space measuring 2,373 SF with 23 parking spaces on-site. Including 2,980 SF for a storage room, trash/mechanical room, fitness center and lobby.
