Before heading into the long Labor Day Weekend, please join us for the September 1 Vigil in Support of Black Lives Matter, with speaker Mark Scott, Director of the Division of Violence Prevention at the Boston Public Health Commission and President of the Board of Directors, Massachusetts Coalition to prevent gun violence. Following his remarks will be a “call and response” reading of names of victims of racist violence and a 20-minute standout along Centre Street. Everyone is invited to join us in standing up for racial justice and human rights and against racist violence and white supremacy.
