Waterworks Museum Family Day 2014

The Waterworks Museum will hold its 3^rd annual Family Day on Sunday, September 28 from 11 am to 3 pm. A variety of water-themed activities will be offered to appeal to a broad range of kids from pre-school to middle school age.

Hands-on projects and experiments will take place in the magnificent Great Engines Hall and outdoors on the Museum’s lawn (weather permitting). These activities provide a fun, engaging way to learn about water pumping, water conservation and Boston's water history. Among the activities on the menu are a model water system, water taste testing, story time, crafts and a biology lab. There is no admission fee for this event. Guided tours will also be offered for adults and older kids.
