Workshop: Shingles & Clapboards

Cedar shingles and clapboards give many old houses their charm. In this hands-on class from Boston Building Resources, you will learn the basics of preparation, layout, and installation, while also covering helpful techniques on back priming, flashing, and water and corner details. We will also discuss materials other than wood, such as fiber cement siding.
